Part 1. Clouded Leopard Gin is launched in 2019 by The Priory's owner, William Phillips. Will set about creating his own gin brand in honour and support of the clouded leopard, a beautiful and elusive animal in grave danger of extinction. Part 2. In a beautiful location steps away from the historic Christchurch Priory, Will set out to open a classy bistro restaurant. Serving up not only his gin, but delicious meals, cocktails, coffees and much more: The Priory Restaurant - Café - Cocktail Bar was born!
